Incognito, led by Bluey, was formed in 1979 and has since become a highly influential band, widely regarded as one of the key figures in the realms of acid jazz and jazz funk. Their impact remains strong and respected to this day. Their two albums which released in P-Vine in early 2010's is available on vinyl for the first time! The album Surreal, released in 2012, introduced new guest members such as Mo Brandis, Natalie Williams, giving the band a fresh perspective compared to their previous works. Joao Caetano joined as the new percussionist, adding an even more perfect groove to Incognito's already highly accomplished sound. This brought a significant change to Surreal, surpassing the usual additions of guest performers. Maysa Leak, the ""Voice of Incognito,"" also contributes to two tracks on this album.
