The platinum-awarded Swiss hard rock/metal band Krokus conquered the US market in the 1980s and paved their way into the live music scene both in the States and across continental Europe-a legacy that continues to this day. In 1999, the band returned to the studio for their 13th album, aptly titled "Round 13." Now, Sireena Records is releasing this album on vinyl for the very first time! Welsh vocalist Carl Sentance (ex-Persian Risk, Geezer Butler Band) joined for Round 13, alongside co-founder Fernando von Arb (guitars, keyboards), Chris Lauper (guitar), ex-Killer's Many Maurer (bass), and ex-Calhoun Conquer drummer Peter Haas. Fernando von Arb recalls: "I wanted to revive the old Krokus, but all the band members had babies and wanted to stay home! So, we stopped for a few years, and then I went to the UK and found Carl-such a professional, it was a joy working with him. It turned out to be a really good album, but when I think back, I should've chosen a bigger studio-it was tiny!" Krokus has sold over 15 million records, toured the world, and received gold and platinum awards in the US and Canada. 50 years after their founding, the band continues to perform live!
